At Woolx, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
